Unclear testamentary instructions often lead to disputes among the heirs after the occurrence of the succession. Disputes also frequently arise between the testamentary heirs about the proper administration of the estate. Likewise, conflicts arise between heirs and disinherited beneficiaries of the compulsory portion regarding the amount of the claim to the compulsory portion or the consideration of gifts made during life in the context of the claim to supplement the compulsory portion.
